Carrot Cupcake - Lyana

Carrot Cupcake order dari Lyana, Bandari Sri Permaisuri. Kebetulan order sama dengan carrot cake Kak Fiza, so buat adunan sekaligus cuma yang ni dalam version cupcake. Lyana request 16 cupcake carrot dengan cream cheese topping dan deco dengan carrot. Alhamdulillah, feedback dari Lyana dan Kak Fiza, mereka puas ati dengan kek tu. Thanks :)

Repeat order carrot cake dari Kak Fiza (opismet). Masa 1st order dulu kak fiza tempah untuk open house hari raya, tapi disebabkan ramai yang datang, tuan rumah sendiri x dapat rasa carrot cake tu..cian dia. Untuk deco kek kali ni, saya buat macam deco sebelum ni, cuma untuk daun carrot tu just guna buttercream.

Miniature Cake - Rohani

Rohani juga order Miniature Cake - Fondant (4 pcs). Theme untuk mini cake ni sama dengan Kek Fondant yang Rohani order, bezanya cuma Rohani request ada riben kat mini cake ni. Buat 2 set kek untuk Rohani ni the whole night, lepas siap kek dapat tidur 1 jam jer, then terus pergi keje. Penin lalat juga masa kat office hari tu. Anyway, harap kek ni selamat sampai ke Penang bersama tuannya :). Thanks to Rohani.

Hantaran Cake - Rohani

Kek Hantaran Fondant (coklat flavor) tempahan dari Rohani. Dengan theme kaler putih + hijau, Rohani request kek tanpa bunga, hanya daun-daun saja. Masa bakar dan bila kek sejuk, elok naik tinggi. Tapi lepas balut dengan fondant, pelik je sebab kek nampak pendek, mungkin fondant tu saya terbuat tebal sangat dan berat. To Rohani, maaf banyak-banyak sebab kek tu ketinggiannya x mencukupi.
