- Hands on class
- Learn how to bake cupcakes & make buttercream
- Demo of making chocolate ganache & fresh cream
- Student will get 16pcs cupcakes to decorate
- Deco cupcakes using buttercream, pipping jelly, gumpaste, chocolate ganache
- Tips & techniques will be given
- Class fees : RM180.00

FONDANT CUPCAKES & DECORATION ( ADVANCE )

- Hands on class
- Learn to make gumpaste & demo of making fondant and royal icing
- Making of cupcakes topper : flower, ribbon, bear, butterfly, baby shower etc
- Learn different techique to decorate 12 pcs cupcakes
- FREE cupcakes & buttercream recipes
- Class Fees : RM250.00

Term & Conditions :
- Class start at 10.30am till 6.00pm
- Student need to bring their own apron & towel
- Please do not bring children/ other person during class session
- 50% Deposit needs to join this class (one-two week earlier)
- Any cancellation must be made at least 3 days earlier (otherwise deposit are not returnable, but student can choose other date)
- Can request personal class (with extra charge)
